The Terminal Tau (2016-03-26)

CD5K > Tau

That little Terminal Tau symbol - but what does it mean? You may be asking yourself that question, or you may already know. How many people remember Meg's Place?

Websites come and go, but old memes will live on unto eternity. Or, in this case, conspiracies. Nobody really knows what it is, or why it's there. And, yet, you felt compelled to click on it.

The truth is, there is no answer. I made the whole thing up. It's just a fun little secret, to provoke your curiosity. Now that you're here, why not take part in the joke? There's a special place on your own website for the Terminal Tau; the very bottom of the page, to the right - just as you discovered mine.

It's simple, really. Sneak it on, and don't tell anyone it's there. It's fun to be part of something mysterious, right? Then, as more people find it, the further it could spread.

<a href="https://cd5k.net/tau/">&tau;</a>
</div></body></html>

Or, if you'd like, you could make your own version of this page. It's always nice to see alternate interpretations.

Pi is dead, but Tau continues its legacy.
